The Ranch Resort: A Trip to the South

Who would've thought that such beauty ever existed in this secluded place? The Ranch Resort is truly worth your while...
Approximately 3 hours ride from Cebu City going to Bato, Toledo City is what we have endured before finally arriving at this hidden resort. My friends and I were supposed to head straight to the beach  but a friend of ours living close here in this place suggested this to us and that this resort would really exceed our expectations.

THE ENTRANCE
Just at the entrance my eyes are already wandering with their stuffs. Cute souvenir items, jams, and swimwear are sold and displayed in the lobby. A 100php entrance is really not that much and the prices of their cottages are affordable.

THE VIEW
A huge signage of the resort is landscaped upon entering the vicinity. In the afternoon,  a local band plays good music in this center stage.
I was truly amazed at how spacious this resort is. The appearance of the resort outside and the inside is very different. Outside, the look is  just simple with a facade looking like a tourist hotel but ones you get inside, it really is astonishing. This photo will show it all.
This is another photo showing the pool near the main entrance of the resort. The Ranch Resort is also ideal for parties, photo sessions and team buildings.

THE SWIMMING POOLS
It is said to have seven (7) swimming pools designed for kids and adults. All of the pools have different sizes and designs. At first all I see is only five (5) pools but later on I eventually figured it out.

Pool #1
This is pool #1, the first pool that can be seen upon entering the resort.

Pool #2
The resort cottages are located right on the sides of the swimming pools.

Photo opp!!!
The place is extravagant knowing that it's very secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Pool #3
I am really excited with pool 3 because of its specific feature, the mini island.
These cute little concrete steps bridges the mini island from the pool's pavement.

Pool #4
This pool does have a functional slide ideal for kids and kids at heart.

Pool #5
This pool I think the concept is very well thought of. It's very cute looking like a flowing river.

Joined Pool #4 and #5
These are how pools 4 and 5 are joined which are very interesting.

Pool #6 and #7
pool within a pool. Also known as the kiddie pool.

Photo opp!
The resort also offers delicious array of food. They don't allow food brought from outside though.

RESORT ACTIVITIES

Rope Course
My friends and I didn't have the luxury of time to try this out and the weather condition at the moment was also deteriorating. But just by looking at it, it does look fun and exciting. They also have zipline and Atv rides.

Farm Town
This is one of my favorite part in the Ranch Resort. This vast area intended for these animals is pretty amazing. I am already blown away the fact that the place is nice and huge but to add this farm town to the equation to me is really unbelievable. The Ranch Resort definitely covers a whole lot of area than I imagined. These are fighting cocks, horses for racing, and my bestfriend, MoyMoy, the jolly monkey.
The resort also has an aviary for these lovely and jolly birdies. What amazes me is the fact that their birds knows how to laugh and to dance! So pretty!
Well what more can I say? I had a blast, we had a fun day tour, and the place was just WOW!

Bonus:

Entrance fee -           Php100
Cottage -                     Php 300 and Php500
Farm tour -               Php 75
Horseback riding - Php100
Zipline -                      Php150
